Sean R. Prendergast

Sean Prendergast formed SRP Advisors, LLC to provide merger and acquisition advisory services to middle market clients across many diverse industries. Previously, Mr. Prendergast was a Partner with another advisory firm providing primarily buyside acquisition search services to public companies and private equity portfolio companies. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Prendergast was a Principal with a Los Angeles based private equity firm investing in travel, leisure and media related industries. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Prendergast held several senior management positions within operations, sales and marketing for a division of a public aerospace company, Ducommon, Inc (NYSE: DCO). Mr. Prendergast began his career with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York.
Mr. Prendergast holds a B.S. from University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce and an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
